Professional Development
Workshops and training in leadership, communication, confidence-building, and career strategy—built for first-gen women.
Building pathways. Forging futures.
Empowering female first-generation, low-income students through professional development, internship opportunities, networking, and career readiness.
First Gen Foundry was founded by Hanna Sha in 2026 to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity. We believe that every female first-generation, low-income student deserves access to the tools, connections, and support needed to thrive in their careers—regardless of background. Hanna understands the challenges and opportunities that first-gen students face.
We provide mentorship, workshops, and hands-on support in the areas that matter most: professional development, internship placement, networking skills, and resume building. Together, we're creating a community where first-gen women can succeed.
