Our Mission
We believe that students deserve access to the tools, connections, and support needed to thrive in their careers—regardless of background. First Gen Foundry was created by Hanna Sha in 2026 to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity. As a first-generation low-income student herself, she recognizes the necessity for proactive mentorship.
We provide mentorship, workshops, and hands-on support in the areas that matter most: professional development, internship placement, networking skills, and resume building. Together, we're creating a community where first-gen women can succeed.
